Digital Transformation
Astrong cooperation –a workshop!
To make you fit today for the demands of tomorrow, we have joined forces with the Institute for Strategic Innovation and Technology Management and COMENO to develop a format that will teach you the multi-layered aspects of digital transformation processes in theory – and even more in practice.
Who is the course aimed at?
This course is aimed at everyone in the company who is involved in digital transformation – members of the specialist departments as well as IT; decision-makers, designers and implementers. Whether you’re at the beginning of the digital journey or already in the midst of implementing it.
With a 360-degree view, the course covers all aspects and provides the tools for successful design and implementation as well as for sustainable anchoring in the organization.
From experts – for experts
We have real industry professionals at work. For this reason, the various coordinated topics of the four-day course are each taught by proven experts. We thus offer a comprehensive introduction and shed light on the complex topic of digitization in a holistic manner.
In three thematic modules we explain the WHY, WHAT and HOW. Our professionals provide you with knowledge as well as field-tested methods and support you in transferring them to your own organization.
With the two creative evening events “Failure is not a disgrace – experiences of start-ups” as well as a joint “Scrum Cooking” you will experience the practical application and have fun!
