Once we have received your application, we will send you a confirmation of receipt. We will need a maximum of one week to review your documents. We will contact you after our internal review.
You can help us get a more comprehensive first impression of you by answering our questions in the application form and describing your previous projects in your resume.
In the next step of our application process, we will invite you to a virtual meeting via Teams with our HR developers. We would like to introduce you to INIT, learn more about you, and give you the opportunity to ask any initial questions you may have. Please allow about 30 minutes for this meeting.
You will receive feedback from us one to two days after the initial interview.
Following a successful initial interview, we would like to get to know you better in a further meeting with colleagues from the department. This can take place on site or via Teams. We look forward to learning about your working methods, your areas of focus, and your career aspirations. We would like to work with you to find out whether and how you and INIT are a good fit and discuss possible projects and areas of focus.
You and INIT are convinced about each other – we are delighted that you are joining our team! Our HR developers will clarify the details and answer any questions you may have about your contract and your start at INIT. They are available to assist you at any time.
Training usually takes place on site at one of our locations in Hamburg, Stuttgart or Bremerhaven. You will get to know your team and we will work with you to develop a plan for your successful start. We will also provide you with a training coach who will accompany and support you during your first weeks and months at INIT.
