RPA – a component of hyperautomation

Many processes and tasks within a company are repetitive, time-consuming and therefore also cost-intensive – Robotic Process Automation (RPA) provides a solution here. With automation, efficiency and process quality can be improved through fewer incorrect entries. In combination with AI, even more complex processes can be automated

We are happy to support you in the introduction of RPA in your company and provide you with all-round advice – from analysis to support. Your individual needs are our benchmark.

What is RPA?

Robotic Process Automation (RPA for short) is a software technology that can be used to automate business processes. A digital worker in the form of a bot is making its way into the departments. The bot takes on repetitive tasks that are often perceived as monotonous and implements them according to predefined rules Artificial intelligence can also play an important role here, as this extends the field of application to non-repetitive processes and the processing of unstructured data. The decisive factor here is that no changes have to be made to tried-and-tested IT programs; instead, they are operated by the bot.

The benefits of RPA

Faster processing
The technology is availabe around the clock and increases the processing speed considerably.

Reduction of incorrect entries
Both process quality and efficiency are improved.

Lower Cost
Manual tasks are reduced and taken over by a bot.

More satisfied customers and employees
Fast processing of inquiries and the ability to focus on demanding activities increase satisfaction among all parties involvedbei allen Beteiligten.

Process automation – example of form and application processing

Which specific processes can RPA support?

In this video, we show you an example of the application via a form that is automatically processed in SAP with the help of our bot. This speeds up the entire process by around 60% and creates more free space for the staff

What role does AI play?

For a long time, the advantage with RPA was exclusively to take over recurring tasks that were provided with sets of rules. In the meantime, the use of AI also enables the intelligent automation of complex and, in some cases, non-repetitive processes, thus making a decisive contribution to end-to-end automation This is referred to as Intelligent Process Automation (IPA).

Process Mining

In order to be able to assess existing processes in terms of compliance and efficiency, the use of process mining technologies is often beneficial. This allows processes to be analyzed, visualized and optimized. For example, bottlenecks can be visualized and specifically automated with RPA.
