At New Year 1997 the official start of INIT Individuelle Softwareentwicklung & Beratung GmbH was scheduled. Thomas, Peter and colleagues Iris and Holger formed the initial team, joined by Peter (B) in July 1997 – all five are still active in INIT today in a significant role.
