Six months of the Predictive Competence Team
Since March of this year, we have bundled our Init-wide Predictive activities as the Predictive competence team. That’s when we first came together as a multidisciplinary team. Since this initial kick-off, we have been able to make a lot of progress both internally and externally. We were able to hold a great workshop with our partner Allgäuer Überlandwerke, several public lectures and internal trainings, developed various use-/business-/show-cases and much more.
At the beginning of October we thought it was time for another meeting to honor these successes and to work on ourselves even more.
To achieve these goals, we met for an internal training session in Stuttgart, where we learned a lot of new things and were also able to take practical action. In addition to disseminating knowledge, on this day we also took a critical look at our work to date and made decisions that will further improve our work.
After this successful day, we as a team ended the day with an Escape Room event.
