At our customer ED Netze, we successfully ported our house connection solution i-connect to S/4HANA. ED Netze has thus taken an important step into the future, which many other companies will also have taken by 2027 at the latest, with SAP ERP as the basis for their business processes.
In the migration project, the use of our S/4 module for i-connect meant that the test phase for the new S/4HANA system could begin after just 3 months, as only the customer-specific adjustments had to be made. Once again, it has become clear that the duration and complexity of the overall project depend very much on the individual circumstances of the specific system environment. Against this background, too, an early start to this changeover, which is necessary for all ERP customers, is recommended.
We are pleased to have shared this important journey with ED Netze and are looking forward to many more projects of this kind.
