Working closely with the IT department of an energy supplier, the INIT RPA team successfully implemented the on-premises version of UiPath. By using the RPA tool, our customer has taken another step towards process automation.
We previously reviewed the company-specific requirements and individual circumstances as part of a selection process and opted for the on-premises version of UiPath. The implementation was carried out by our RPA team within a few days and included the initial setup of remote access, installation and testing.
We are delighted that the first bots will now be used to provide support within the specialist departments and that employees will be relieved of some of their daily workload by these ‘new digital colleagues’.
