In 2020, everything was different: The coronavirus turned the world upside down, but we mastered the challenges. We were already very familiar with virtual collaboration in the home office and across multiple locations before the crisis. This allowed us to focus fully on transforming our in-person events into online formats—whether it was a project kickoff, a customer workshop or a virtual Christmas party.
