Peter Cepok and Thomas Winkelsdorf had been involved with the former Mercedes-Benz Lease Finance since the early 1990s as external software developers with a knack for technical matters as well. From the joint project work – even then at the interface between business and IT – the idea arose to put this project-proven partnership on a long-term basis and to found a joint company.
