Just one year after the company was founded, we supervised our first working student, who joined us as a full-time employee after completing his studies. A model for recruiting young talent that has proven itself to this day, as more than half of our team came to us through a similar start – and has remained with us to this day.
By the end of 1998, INIT had a total of seven team members.
