Upgrade notes

  • Failed requests now report the original HTTP status code instead of a synthetic 404. If 404 is configured as an HTTP code to be repeated, review that setting.

  • Configuration validation is faster for connector instances with many connections.
  • Authentication failures now report the HTTP status code the service returned (e.g. 401, 403) instead of a generic 404, with a clearer error message.
  • Updated Apache Olingo to 5.0.0-4 (INIT build).
  • Retry handling and retry log messages are now consistent across all connectors. Retry log messages always include the exception type and message and no longer start with the class name. If you filter or alert on log patterns, check them.

Fixed

  • Connector properties that use a config provider (e.g. ${file:…}, ${vault:…}) are no longer re-resolved on every poll/put, which reduces load on the secret store.
