Claims Management with CACS
Our customer, one of the leading German automotive banks, introduced the claims management system CACS in 1998.
Our task during the initialisation project was the IT project coordination on the customer side and the conception and implementation of the MVS data supply process for integrating various source system data . In addition, we have designed and implemented the complex arrears determination at contract level from SAP-FI.
After going live, we have taken over the ongoing support and coordination of maintenance and further development for CACS. In this course we accompanied various projects, such as the release change and the introduction of the euro.
Since 2007 we are engaged in the European project for process standardisation, which entails the switch to a central CACS system in England. Next to being responsible for the IT project management of two important sub-projects, several of our employees are also supporting the interface implementation on MVS –side and in SAP-FI.
